This isn't possible with the Azure Native Dynatrace Service. The Azure Native Dynatrace Service is strictly tied to an Azure tenant, and therefore logs can only be retrieved from subscriptions in the same Azure environment. To set up log monitoring for an Azure subscription in the same Azure tenant, create a Dynatrace resource in this subscription and follow the instructions to link multiple Azure subscriptions to one Dynatrace environment.
